INTRODUCTION
The gentlemen are a band comprising of two people. Their general genre they play in is heavy metal although they do tend to dabble in other genres like EDM from time to time. They're mostly well known for their humor in the lyrics of their songs that also send out a message that feels almost meaningful. The lead singer, Charlie White (Also known as MoistCritikal) is an influencer that does a YouTube career and this band is his passion project. The reason I like this band is the way they utilize their genre and create something that does not appear very often in most modern music. The somewhat crude humour they write into their lyrics yet also somehow injecting a meaningful message into them makes it an incredibly interesting listen.
ALBUMS
'The Gentle Men' album was a very interesting experience in terms of variety of music set into one album. Their expertise in implementing heavy metal while having slight hints of rock that is reminiscent to the early 2000s
Filthy is a single that has a very dark and gritty tone in comparisons to its contemporary, pedestrian sounding, trap-rap vocals. There's enough grit to cover a football field and the lyrics had a great message to them.
The Evolution of Tears is a very hard rock esque style of album in comparison to the other albums that are more heavy metal based. Much like their other albums, their signature humor shines brightly here.
